At Barken InStyle we want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you make with us. If you are in any way dissatisfied with a product you receive from us you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days minus shipping costs. Please understand that if your order was shipped with "free shipping" or if the cost of shipping your order was more than you were charged we will have to deduct the actual cost of the shipping or the difference from your refund. If the item is defective or a mistake on our part, you will receive full credit for exchange or refund.
*Custom Furniture and Personalized ID Tags are not returnable. Refunds will be issued in the form of original payment.
Return Instructions:
If possible please include a copy of your receipt or a note with your name, address, phone number and type of refund you would like. If you would like to exchange your purchase, please enclose specific instructions with your return.
For your protection we recommend insuring the package. We are not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged in shipping. Please send your return to the BarkenInStyle.com return address on your original shipping label. If you do not have the label or if the return address does not say BarkenInStyle.com in Phoenix, AZ please call 602-315-2210 or E-MAIL us to get our return address. For security reasons, and because we are online only we prefer not to publish our physical address on the internet.
